Summary The Last of Us – Episode 4: “Please Hold My Hand” (Please Hold My Hand)

Starting our The Last of Us Summary series, the fourth episode of the series begins with Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) going from car to Wyoming, where Joel assumes his brother Tommy (Gabriel Luna) is, to direct the teenager to the Fireflies' base, crossing the western United States. On the way, Joel explains to Ellie why he and his brother went to Boston, as well as how he met Tess and Marlene and what it was like when Tommy was one of the Fireflies.

The episode begins with a flashback to a few days ago. In it, The People faction (led by Kathleen) is celebrating a violent victory over FEDRA in Kansas City.

Amidst the commotion, we see the Henry brothers – the oldest and who always tries to protect his little brother- and Sam – the youngest, who is deaf and communicates using sign language – hidden while being helped by a doctor.

Continuing our The Last of Us Summary, Henry and Sam witness the moment when Joel and Ellie are attacked by the faction, and realize Joel's ease in handling weapons and surviving. Parallel to this event, Kathleen remains focused on her search for Henry, but questions herself whether she should forgive the man for ratting out her brother to FEDRA.

Summary The Last of Us – Episode 6: “Kin”

Three months after the death of Henry and Sam, Joel and Ellie arrive at a house of northern inhabitants, a very cold place. There, they manage to get an idea of ​​where to look for Tommy. Later, Joel begins to have chest pains, which indicates a serious health problem.

While going to meet Joel's brother, the pair come across an intimidating group of people on horses, who approach them. Joel tells them that he is looking for Tommy, and the gang takes them to Jackson's commune, where Tommy finally reappears in the series.

The small town of Western, a great shelter against the apocalypse in the series, with electricity, restaurants and cinemas, is where Tommy and his wife Maria (Rutina) live. Wesley), who is expecting Tommy's child.

The episode, which has the same name as the DLC of the video game on which the series was based, added another touch of emotion to The Last of Us.

The chapter begins with a direct continuation of episode 6, which shows Joel seriously injured. Ellie takes him to a shelter, where he regains consciousness and asks the girl to leave him and return to Tommy's house.

From there, we embark on a flashback to Ellie's past: she is in the Boston quarantine zone, and misses Riley (Storm Reid), her best friend and former love interest. disappeared suddenly. But the protagonist is surprised when Riley arrives and tells her that he has joined the Fireflies and invites her to walk through an abandoned shopping mall.
